"This was such a fun & unique overnight stay on our long drive from Paris to Geneva. Our family of 5 loved the experience of sleeping in a treehouse in the middle of the woods. The accomodation is very charming but of course facilities are quite basic, so be aware that you have to walk a little way to toilets & showers. We drove 15min to eat after the very helpful host Jean pointed us in the right direction. A very memorable experience."

Un manque d'équipement est notable, il est difficile de cuisiner convenablement sur place : équipement minimal, pas de bols ou raviers, manque d'assiette et d'assiette à dessert. "We ordered 2 separate rooms, the manager was very friendly and arranged two neighbored rooms for us (family trip). The breakfast for our 2 kids was not charged. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast in the morning. "

"A very nice, friendly hotel with helpfull staff. We stayed with a family of 2 parents and 2 kids (13 and 15) for a few days. We also had a fine diner, in total is was a very good place (and also price), we would like to come back sometime. "

"A beautiful, quiet place hosted by a lovely older lady, who tells many good stories. Melin feels like the middle of nowhere, and maybe it is, but there are many animals to befriend. The place itself is simple, but cozy, with a heartfire burning in the early morning, when we were welcomed by the host at breakfast. It has a somewhat historical feel in that sense. Time did not touch this place so much. Speaking French is a necessary skill to have here."
