Attico di Alessia is equipped with the most modern accessories: air conditioning both in the living room and in the rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, smart TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, electric oven, microwave and stereo. Also present are small barbecue and shared parking space.

Introduced by a large courtyard, the vacation home for rent in Campomarino is located on the second floor and is reached via a convenient and easy outdoor staircase.
Thus, you land on the large terrace overlooking the sea, partly furnished as a solarium with sun loungers, partly as a shaded veranda with a sitting area, and furnished with a table and chairs where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors, to the scent of iodine coming directly from the sea.
The interiors of theL`attico di Alessia are modern, carefully furnished with quality furniture, cozy and equipped with all major options.
The apartment opens to a spacious living room with living and dining area plus well-equipped kitchenette.
The sleeping area of the rental house consists of 2 double bedrooms, plus 1 sofa bed for two people located in the living room.
The interior is complemented by 2 shower rooms, one of which is located in one of the bedrooms.

L`attico di Alessia is a beautiful vacation home located right on the beach of Campomarino, marina of Maruggio, among the most beautiful beaches of Salento, in the province of Taranto.
Ideal for spending vacations in Puglia, on the sea, the house allows you to walk to all the services present in the seaside town of Campomarino, such as restaurants, bars pizzerias. Also present in the center are newsstands, tobacconists, small stores, market, pharmacy and parapharmacy.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Just small size pets allowed. Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 120 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
