Please note that we rent to 25 and older only; no student groups; no third party bookings; no events. Guest agrees to provide email and physical address, which is needed for our rental agreement, which will be emailed after booking via DocuSign; executed rental agreement and copy of booker's license due within 48 hours of booking. PLEASE NOTE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY WHICH IS ON OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT: Full refund is given if rental is cancelled before sixty (60) days prior to the commencement date of the Rental Term. A 50 percent refund is given if rental is cancelled between sixty (60) and thirty (30) days prior to Rental Term. No refund is given if rental is cancelled 30 days or less before Rental Term.
