"We had a terrific family weekend at this lovely, historic home. The house was perfect for our extended family with multiple adult couples, an 11 month old baby, and two dogs. The property is VERY child friendly with a crib, high chair, and lovely library of children's books, and the pool area was perfect for lazy afternoons. Kitchen is well stocked and very functional, and the house is a short drive to Chestertown and lots of great local seafood. Would strongly recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful old Manor house before and after my daughter‘s wedding. The rooms were great. The dinning room was breathtaking. We especially loved the kitchen area. Alex, the owner was very helpful and greeted us when we arrived. "

"We had such an amazing 5 nights at Blake House. Such a beautiful historic home and incredible setting sitting on a lovely bluff overlooking the Corsica River. We loved the beautiful pool- which was surrounded by the most colorful hydrangeas. We kayaked and saw many osprey, herons, and a bald eagle that fit our 4th of July get together!
