Carlton George Hotel

Carlton George Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful room and the complimentary mini bar was a really lovely touch. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about what to do close by. The amenities in the room are lovely but do take a little time to figure out on your own. The staff are more than happy to help you navigate them. Next time we are in Scotland, I will be booking again!"

The Z Hotel Glasgow

The Z Hotel Glasgow

10/10 Excellent
"Very close to Queen Street Rail Station, and many dining and sightseeing options close by. Buchanan Bus Station is a less than 10 minute walk. Room was compact, clean, had all amenities. I found the bed a bit firm but the bedding was wonderful. Charging ports adjacent to bed and coffee / tea making facilites available. I've stayed here before and will stay again. Staff are very friendly and check in was swift."

"I really like this hotel. Ease of check in and checkout and the use of an ipad to control all aspects of the room, temperature, lights, blinds, curtains and media. Room is clean and efficient. Bed is comfortable with wonderful bedding. Only negatives i could say is there was a bit of a musty smell in the bathroom/shower area and there should be a drinking glass in the room. I will definitely stay there again. Convenient to Buchanan Bus Station and Buchanan Galleries and Sauchiehall Street. Staff were friendly and welcoming"

"Hotel was well located in centre of the city. Room was clean but very basic. Tv only had the 5 main channels and plus1 equivalents. Room was quite warm- if you opened the window then street noise (because it was central) was quite high throughout the night."
