I stay here every time I visit family in Marysville. It’s clean and comfortable . Easy to get to. Safe parking. And the staff is very courteous and welcoming. Plenty of places to dine at. I highly encourage you to stay.

Clean and convenient

The location is very very conveniently close to many places to eat or grab a forgotten item from the packing list. The staff that I met were very very kind and helpful and recommended a wonderful place for dinner. They also were very helpful when I suggested needing to extend my stay. I'm glad to have stayed here and will return next time work brings me to the area.

Did the job.

For being in the middle of nowhere it was not bad. It certainly fulfilled my need. The Hard Rock Casino is only 12 minutes away. The hotel staff was great. My room was very clean and larger than I expected. Outside the room was not so clean. The garbage cans were right outside my door and you could smell them right away.

"America" Deluxe? Might reconsider!

Was able to check in early which was a bonus. Clerk barely spoke English so it was hard to understand him, kept having to repeat himself. Was supposed to get a non-smoking room, room smelled like cigarettes. Had to plug in the fridge, leaked water everywhere afterwards. Shower filled with water even with plug up, very slow to drain. The free breakfast consisted of a bagged pastry, apple, and Sunny-D. Parking lot is small, might not have a spot close to your room. Room was just clean enough but not everything.

Could be better!

Well let’s see, the people running this hotel were very pleasant. The room seemed tired and overall a little run down. It smelled of dog and could have used a little bit more cleaning, specifically the walls and top of the coat closet. The toilet was not too solid on the floor, but flushed good. The hair dryer had seen better days. When the mini fridge would kick on, it was loud when trying to sleep. The TV brightness was set very low and made it a challenge to watch. Overall I think the place just needs a little more attention to detail and would fine.

For a "pet friendly" property, they offer no pet area. You will be told to take your dog to the street, not the parking lot. The hotel is on a busy street (highway) and there are no areas close by to walk your dog. The pet fee was suppose to be $15 but I was charged $20. The room was dirty, bedspread was stained, baseboards, light switches, and hairdryer look like they have never been wiped down. The power button on the air conditioner was missing so it did not work.

All in all the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. But, I found communications poor. Prior to my stay I emailed them and asked about an earlier check-in. They responded quickly with a slightly earlier time. But, when I tried to email them again after realizing we left our phone charger in the room, they ghosted me. I sent several messages simply asking if they found it but they never replied. I found this to be very poor customer service. Even if they found it and kept it, at least they could have responded. I might stay there again, but I'd go not expecting much.

The room was dirty smells really bad and the services are not good and the breakfast is just a pastry and a pice of fruit and thats just the start cod enforcement need to come cheak this place out spider web in the corner means thea didnt clean this room beforehand i wish i could post pictures
