"It was good. My only complaints were the pool person couldn't take cash for my drinks/order at the pool. That is essential for me because I budget for each event with cash. Also, the bathroom door was very awkward to use and hard to open/shut. Not really resort level room accomodations. "

"This hotel is getting a little tired. We couldn’t use our balcony or the outside lounge because of bird crap on the chairs. It is in the landing pattern for Scottsdale Air Park so there is constant air traffic overhead. I don’t know why there were so many people flying in to Scottsdale at 5:00 am! The staff was super nice and accommodating. It is very clean and smells amazing, I was just a little disappointed that it wasn’t a little nicer for the area it is in. "

"It was my birthday the room was amazing the front desk lady Connie was amazing. She gave me the royal treatment. She had a bottle of champagne and chocolate cover strawberry sent up to my room. Really made my birthday so special. "
