"The entire experience was magical, affordable, walkable, very family and pet friendly. The shops and unique attractions were all amazing! I could sit at the fountain and listen to the music and fountain displays all night if it were possible. Then you have the beauty of all there is to see and do in the surroundings areas. There was just no way to fit it all in 3 days! Hands down our new most favorite place in the entire country, and that says a lot."

"From the moment we drove in and were helped with our luggage, and we had a lot, to Taylor at the front desk to Bailey our dinner waiter everything was perfect. My only complaint was there weren’t too many options without cheese in the buffet. But the chicken was delicious and their California wine selection was good too!"

"The staff was very helpful and attentive to our request. The breakfast was good and free. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The standard king room was smaller than I thought it would be. The hotel was in an excellent location right in the center of Pigeon Forge."

"The interior of the hotel was fine, but our balcony had some gross stagnant water from the a/c unit above dripping water on it and it doesn’t run off, just pools up. The exterior of the hotel needs some sprucing up and the outdoor furniture could use some fixing up as well. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to stay and the trolley service coming right up to the front is extremely convenient. The food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner."
