"The room had not been cleaned since previous guest. There were dirty towels, dirty linens, trash piled up, and the smell was very foul."

"This was a lovely, bright, spacious flat. It was thoughtfully equipped, with a great kitchen and lots of nice touches. The outdoor deck was another plus. The location was great - very walkable. We really enjoyed our stay."
