"If you are in a jam, it's a bed. No hot water, small towels, no shampoo, no lamps - one overhead light, bathroom floor small height difference so you stub your toes multiple times, door lock got me stuck inside for 10 minutes, no phone in room to call front desk, elevator was broken. Good luck."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good with a large variety of items. The interior is aesthetically pleasing, especially the dining area is very beautiful. The setting is wonderful with a lot of green and the Teltow Kanal right along the property. Listening to the birds outside through the open window in the morning was wonderful! Otherwise, the room was very quiet with only a few sounds coming from outside the door during my stay. To my surprise there was a massage chair...
