"Splendida dimora con un parco enorme, con tantissimi alberi da frutta (fichi, pere, mele,ecc.) e 15 platani giganteschi e secolari. Piscina. Enorme terrazza prospiciente la piscina e il parco, dove viene servita la colazione. Camera e bagno molto spaziosi, non condizionata (solo un ventilatore)."

"We were absolutely enchanted by this property. The hosts were so kind, and the room was lovely. We arrived a little early by bike (before check-in time), and they were very welcoming and brought us refreshments while we enjoyed the lovely patio and pool area. The property was quiet, peaceful and so beautiful--an oasis! They stored our bikes in a locked area and made that very easy for us. One of us needs to eat gluten-free and they provided appropriate breakfast options. I would absolutely stay...

"Conveniently placed but the room had no curtain, just shutters so there was no privacy. The surrounding areas and the garden looked like a building site. But it was clean and convenient as a pit stop. "

"Super comfy bed and great breakfast. We are driving / moving from Germany to Spain; listing did not mention parking - so I called. The desk barely spoke English, even though listing clearly said they spoke English. They have a great FREE parking lot. However, they are about 10 miles off the A7. The drive was worth it. Quiet - Comfy - Morning staff spoke better English. Would definitely stay again."
"The property is having renovations going on and the dining is very limited. The check in / reception area is set up in a little trailer where they also offer the extremely limited breakfast. The dining is a very small room with two tables. The rooms were cleaned and comfortable for the price. "

"We (4 adult and 5 kids ages 8-12) had an amazing week here. The house is lovely with plenty of room for us all and the swimming pool is amazing. Best of all is the incredible view from the balcony where we ate everyday. The area is stunning and only 5 mins drive to the beach at Saint Martin. There is loads to do including lots of places within 15 minute drive. We would highly recommend"
"Cet appartement a été une grande trouvaille : propre, moderne, avec de la place pour les personnes et les affaires ! Grand confort, salle de bain digne d’un hôtel de classe, cuisine bien équipée et propriétaire/gérant aimable et serviable. Très bien situé aussi dans un centre avec beaucoup de charme et pas loin des meilleurs endroits de l’Ardèche. On y retournera si l’occasion se présente.
This flat was a great find: clean, modern, with plenty of space for people and their stuff/luggage. Very comfortable, a bathroom you’d find in a classy hotel, well-equipped kitchen and owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. Very located in a town centre full of charm and close to many of the best bits of the Ardèche. We’ll definitely come back if the opportunity comes.
