"Not the best way to start a trip. Our reservation was for 4days paying an extra night due to the fact that we were arriving at 2am so wanted the convenience of having the room ready upon arrival. We arrived at 2am to check-in into a property that was definitely not what was advertised online/Expedia. "The grounds were very nice with well kept gardens and also a great poor area to relax at. The room was spacious, with a big bathroom and open area by the bath. To reach the room upstairs the stairs were quite steep but the room was spacious and had nice views over the surrounding fields. There is also a restaurant on site which is convenient and there were a range of options for breakfast. Travel to and from to Ubud and attractions was easy (both taxi and free shuttle) and staff were friendly...
