We only stayed for one night, but our room was very nice and the room service food was great. The only hickup was that room service missed a few of our items and it took a long time to get everything to the room (we were halfway through the dinner when our drinks arrived). But the food was delicious. Breakfast is really good as well!

The building and design is quite old, and the sound proof is bad cause you can hear people closing their door,and even phone ringing also can be heard. Overall,I think the hotel is overpriced, I don't feel it worth the 5 star.
