"Even though Hotels.com made a mess of the booking by only booking for 2 adults upon arrival it was realised by the hotel who then said due to the time it was not possible to change rooms but they would add an extra bed the following morning with no drama or fuss. Thank you Oriol. The hotel is simply fantastic the rooms are spotlessly clean a tad basic but the service and friendliness of everyone at the hotel is exceptional! I travel a lot with my job and many of the larger chains could use these guys as a benchmark! We were only here a couple of nights but will definitely be back next time we are in Sitges! "
