"Octavia at the front desk was very personable and professional. She made us feel welcomed and valued. She even provided a stepping stool for my 4’11” mom since the beds do set up high from the floor. Breakfast staff were always friendly and served tasty hot food along with fresh fruits and bakery items. The coffee was good too; made from fresh coffee beans. Pleasant stay all around. We would book again in the future. "
