Wonderful place to stay. Food is excellent. Great view. Only problem for me was there were a lot of roaches in the room but other then that great place. Staff takes there sweet time getting to you during dining.

This is an excellent place to stay while visiting the Laguna de Apoyo. Location is rustic and beautiful. Food is excellent. Staff is incredible. They arranged transportation which was a plus. You can order things, meals, to your room and pay an itemized bill with your card at check out. I can't say enough about the place.

Absolutely a slice of paradise on earth! If the Garden of Eden and Swiss Family Robinson had a baby it would be San Simian! Food was best we’ve had in all of Nicaragua. Amazing property with unbelievable terraced gardens down to the pebble beach, where you can go tubing, kayaking or swimming. We always stay here when we come to Nicaragua

Although it’s a business hotel I stayed there with a friend while on vacation. we felt comfortable, safe and the staff was extremely helpful and nice. The staff were very accommodating and always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast is a must. I enjoyed staying . Such a convenience that is right across from the airport.

Stayed for 4 days in October. All hotel staff was very helpful arranging taxis and places to go. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Great pool to cool off. We stayed on the 2nd floor and the room was comfortable and clean. Lovely colonial feel and can't beat the location. Had a great time.

We loved our stay here. There's only 4 rooms total so it feels like a private sanctuary most of the time. Convenient location, peaceful, with beautiful historic and cultural touches. Excellent service and cleanliness too. We'll definitely be back just to stay here.

Overall good stay

The owners are super nice and kind,very helpful with advice or booking trips or any problem that may arise.The property and the rooms are just like the pictures,clean and very beautifully decorated. Quiet and safe neighborhood and walking distance to downtown.The coffee and the breakfast are outstanding! We surely will be coming back here,we stayed six nights and it was beautiful.
