"I have stayed in Los Gigantes in apartments many times over 10 years and never written a negative review on any of them. There may have been some issues, but helpful owners/ agents always sorted them. This Apartment looks great in the photos and should be an excellent venue. It is let down by the following: 1. "Spotlessly clean apartment with good facilities, two pools (unheated whilst we were there), and sunny balcony, in a quiet residential area. Lots of bars and large popular restaurants within a fifteen minute downhill walk. Shops, supermarkets and other smaller restaurants five minute walk away. apartment is a twenty minute taxi ride from airport (around 30 euros). Bus stops and taxi ranks nearby also."
