"DO NOT STAY HERE! My family had a horrible experience at this hotel and left after only one night into a three night reservation. Dirty room, broken toilet, disgusting shower, no air conditioning, extremely noisy location made it impossible to sleep. Ruined the first day of our Italy vacation. We moved out to a better hotel and Agatha Cosy Hotel /Santuzza Hotels has refused to refund any money. So we paid for 3 nights taxes and stayed only 1 night. "A hotel with a lot of potential but just failed to deliver on a number of levels: - service was disappointing, on check in advised the restaurant was not avaialble for guests as there was a private party with no apology - areas around the pool had not been cleared of previous guests drinks and snacks Hotel secreted on the edge of a housing estate, with sea view from balcong more like a view of hundreds of roof tops."

"An absolutely beautiful place to stay. Completely modern rooms with great ambiance. Pool area is great. The only downside is no staff on site. Need to arrange for staff to be there when you arrive to let you in and explain how it all works. This is problematic, otherwise a wonderful spot."

"We really enjoyed our stay here - it's a beautiful setting high up in the hills. I would recommend having a car, however, as we had to walk a fair bit to get to any shops or restaurants (besides the lovely pizzeria by the apartments, which wasn't always open). Lovely pool! Spacious apartment, but it wasn't cleaned once during our 5 days there. Kitchenette but limited utensils (e.g. no bowls, no cups). Besides this it was a lovely place which we enjoyed staying in at the start of our holiday"

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer tollen Parkanlage zwischen Weinreben, Zitronen/Olivenplantagen. Der Pool war sauber und sehr stylish. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich wie in einem alten Herrenhaus, sehr authentisch. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war ein Highlight mit Blick auf‘s Meer auf der einen Seite. Die andere Seite mit Blick auf den Ätna. Sehr gute Lage zu Ausflügen nach Taormina, Ätna und Syrakus."

"This hotel is perfect as a base to explore the eastern side of the island, conveniently located between Mount Etna and the sea. The hotel is lovely - clean and modern with everything you need including a pool. It is a family run business, and they could not have been more lovely - nothing was too much trouble. Our flight was delayed and we had problems picking up the hire car, but they waited up to check us in at 1am! The breakfast buffet was ample with lots of fresh fruit and freshly baked...

"We had a lovely 10 days in your clean, spacious villa. Perfect for a family of two adults and two teenagers looking to relax and explore the beautiful island of Sicily. We loved the 4x4 tour of etna you organised for us and we explored the local towns and villages. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the food good and inexpensive. The Lido, just across the road was very welcoming and a great place to swim though the fantastic villa garden was also well used. Dinner on the roof terrace...

"Excellent stay in this great country house surrounded by citrus trees. The house has two large bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen / dining area. Views from the large terrace on Mt Etna and on the sea from the front side are priceless. A car is indispensable. Easy to reach by country roads not far from Messina / Catania autostrada. Mario and Angela are wonderful hosts."
