"The shower had hair all over. The pool in pictures looks to be an indoor open pool but was empty and closed We checked out the next morning even after paying another night and found a different hotel."

"We had a great stay. Alicia at the front desk was excellent servicing us with our every need while we were there, she’s very pleasant and super helpful. All the other staff were also friendly that we interacted with. The property was clean and well kept, room was cozy l aside from a small hiccup with one of the bed sheets that was a little dirty. That was replaced with no problem when brought to Alicia’s attention. Would stay here again"

"The property was clean and the woman who checked us in was fantastic. She was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The free breakfast on the other hand was awful. Tried to eat it both mornings and couldn't. Eggs were clearly powdered and were flavorless. The potatoes were barely cooked and hard. Sausage was barely warm. Coffee was ok. With that in mind, I would still stay again knowing I was going out for breakfast every morning!"

"The location was excellent! Convent to walk all over Main St and the harbor. The lighting needs to be upgraded in the sink are. It is not enoughignting to apply make up and do hair. Also there should be at least two chairs in the room, a small round table with two chairs."

"This property is in a good location to get around easily. It is walkable to main st but it’s a little sketchy on transportation drive. The property was very musty smelling and humid but the rooms were cool. The property needs a total update even though it’s pricey. The pool was ok. The staff was kind. I probably wouldn’t stay there again if there was availability elsewhere."

"What a great stay. I can honestly say this was the most attentive and friendly staff I have ever encountered. Two pools! Free parking! One block away is a beautiful two mile stretch of lovely shops and dozens of excellent restaurants. The rooms are a little on the older side but extremely clean and everything worked great. Continental breakfast was good, it’s inside the indoor pool area which was nice."

"I arrived at the property and was immediately disappointed. I didn't check -in. No elevator to the 2nd floor. I had several bags. The property looked run down. I was changing property due to a negative experience with another hotel. Sooooo disappointing because you cannot get a refund through Expedia. I will no longer use Expedia and other on-line booking outlets. Just cannot rely on the hotel ratings."

"Personally, I loved this place and wish I could have stayed longer. It's a genuine, Cape Cod antique. There are a lot of nice, time-worn features. I loved the yard area around the house - very relaxing and shady. There's also a surprising rooftop deck which affords a view of the harbor. Great access to town and beach."

"Hot tub outdated only had upper jets. Leak under kitchen sink. Coffee maker is a Keurig single serve. No carpet in the room was nice. Much cleaner that way. You must bring dirty towels to their laundry location and garbage to the dumpster in the parking lot when you leave or you will be charged $100 cleaning fee. No daily cleaning, no iron or ironing board. All can be requested. Door between the rooms was insufficient and we heard all the noise from the other room. Designated smoking area...

"The cottage is in a great location close to Main Street and the harbor. Easy parking at the cottage and it’s in a walkable area. Decor is cute and nautical, but it does feel like the cottage is missing a few things. It sleeps 4, but there is not enough seating for 4 in the living room. An additional comfortable chair would be nice. A stackable washer and dryer would also be great, but there is very little space for anything- we even had trouble finding spots for our luggage. The fridge door...

"The room and property were very clean. The office has a great coffee machine and ice machine. The A/C worked very well. The shower was amazing! The shower pressure and temperature were really great! The staff was great too. The owners and staff were super accommodating and welcoming! I will definitely stay here again."
