    Escape to this beautifully designed, fully private ground-floor residence in Mashpee, MA, a spacious purpose-built Cape Cod getaway with its own dedicated entrance, locked off from the rest of the building. At over 1,500 square feet, this is no cramped studio or carve-out. You get two generous queen bedrooms, a full bath, a convenient half bath, a proper dining room, an open living area, and a fully stocked modern kitchen, everything you need to truly settle in and unwind.



    Situated across the street from Heritage Park, guests can enjoy public amenities such as a playground, basketball court, and splash pad, perfect for outdoor fun. This dog-friendly property is equipped with all the comforts of home, including a washer/dryer, central AC, and high-speed internet. The patio with comfortable furniture is ideal for relaxing outdoors, while board games and blankets are provided for those quiet evenings in. Self check-in via smartlock means you arrive on your own schedule.



    Please note that the building has a second-floor owner’s unit that is rarely occupied. In practice, you will almost always have the entire property to yourself.

Cute Place in Mashpee

This was our home base for the Mass Maritime Academy graduation. Perfect for my family of 4, including 2 teenagers. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at the Cape!

Our family (and dog!) had an amazing stay at the Heritage Escape! The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone staying with us. There was a great playground and splash pad right across the street from the house, which my toddler loved, and the house was a quick drive to the beach! The house was super clean, had nice outdoor space with a front porch and back patio, and the design was so cute. We would definitely come back and recommend to others!
