"This was my second stay at Fairmont on the Palm and again I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The facilities are fantastic and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. I went on a half board meal plan and the food was fantastic, I really enjoyed Seagrill bistro especially. Being walking distance to West Beach and the Nakheel mall was so ideal for the evenings. I would highly recommend for anyone. Thanks for a lovely stay. "

"Upscale and luxurious. Everything is available. You'll even find a portable charger in the room if you need it when you go down to the beach/pool and tanning lotion and refreshments etc. Room service was delicious and always on time. Coffee in the morning and a meal each day. big menu where you'll find something for everyone. Valet was very experienced and not a single scratch on my RAM TRX (oversized pickup). luggage service was also great. they brought the bags up and unpacked it into the cabinets in the room (they did ask first). Reception was easy to communicate with. The pool is a one of a kind experience, and so is the beach. rooftop for dinner is also amazing. This place is a vacation in itself. go for it! not for families as can be noisy. "

"Atlantis The Palm is an absolute paradise place ! We had an amazing six days enjoying the fantastic facilities, wonderful food choices available , the fabulous Aquaventure Waterpark and gorgeous room. The staff there were on another level of excellence! Always attentive, polite and happy to greet us with a beaming smile and a hand on their heart ❤️ The level of cleanliness was suberb and the attention to detail by the supervisors and managers very impressive!"
