"I was served by Mazen on the 1st day, the check in time is a bit late at 5pm, we had 3 rooms and he checked us in one 1 room, the other 2 rooms he had upgraded us. On the 2nd day Hanadiy upgraded my 1st room as well. The hotel is in a very good location. What can be improved is the service level, i had paid 400 SAR to extend my check out, but a very rigid policy. the latest time to extend is 6pm, i had asked for 8pm however was rejected even though i offered to pay. other than that no issues, breakfast spread was good."

"Hotel location is really good, its clean, lifts were never really busy and most importantly the service from staff was excellent (these are the most important factors of a hotel). However, there is some room for improvement- the rooms could be a bit better maintained (needs someone with an eye for detail), rooms could do with extra amenities (e.g. toothbrush, toothpaste, room slippers etc), hotel musallas speakers could do with updating etc"
