"The room we had was totally clean and nice!!! Air conditioning great. Breakfast fine. So the property is lovely, but could use some tlc. It’s pretty remote so if you are traveling alone and or female or just females in the group, you may not feel totally safe coming back at night in the dark. That was a big issue for our group. The rooms were very nice!!!"

"I loved the staff and management. "

"Ottima accoglienza, ristorante eccezionale, benissimo il servizio di Paolo e Sabrina, camera comoda, pulita. Colazione perfetta. Posizione tranquilla. Consigliatissimo"

"Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Sabrina war eine wundervolle Gastgeberin und hat uns bereits vor unserer Anreise sehr freundlich unterstützt. "Nice quiet location in rural location-could walk straight out the property and onto a footpath to explore the countryside and see a nutria in the wild!"

"Truly a beautiful and old world look agriturismo. Felt like we were in an antique villa. Large room and excellent service. The owner is very nice and professional. Breakfast is home made, fresh, abundant and soooo good!!! 5 stars hotel except this little village outside of Bologna is nothing special. But the agriturismo is great and with great ambiance if you want to stay outside Bologna and take field trips from this location. Same hotel in Tuscany would be double the price."

"Easy checkin, comfortable bed, lovely setting with a pool outside, a pond, very friendly dog Luna. "

"Absolutely gorgeous place, really well looked after."
