Great property management too and Ella and Lina really looked after us, rectifying a temporary issue with the drain even on a Sunday and getting us 2 more bikes which we really enjoyed using. "I cannot begin to express how much we loved our time in Katie and Leon's home in Valencia. They were wonderful hosts who remained available throughout our entire visit for questions and recommendations. The home was spectacular with enough room to comfortably fit our family of 9. It was a wonderful mix of historic charm and personality with modern day conveniences. Perhaps the best decision we made this trip was to have Chef Leon do a private dinner and wine pairing. It was truly in the top 5...

"Good location. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the beach and metro. Javi was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. The place was clean and the check in/out process was smooth. The only complaint would be this place felt about 90% finished. Would have liked a coffee maker and mugs. Maybe some beach items such as chairs, towels, or beach toys. Night stands next to the beds. Towel hooks for the bathrooms. Other than that it was a perfect spot for our weekend beach vacation. "

"Great location and straight forward to check in. It had everything we needed and a lovely, spacious private patio area which was perfect. Really close to shops, restaurants, the metro, Botanical and Turia gardens all really worth a visit. The safe didn’t work though and the door to the patio garden didn’t lock. It’s quite noisy as people come back from a night out as you can here people very clearly in the corridor from you room but other than that all was good."

"The instructions/direction did not match the address, it took us 2 hours to go inside the house. House had no heater and was freezing cold, no supplies, internet went down, bugs everywhere and so on. Owner had construction people show up during our stay and woke us up to get in. We were never notified. We had horrible 3 days out of 10 day plan and had to leave mid stay bc could no longer sleep one more night there bc we slept in our winter heavy jackets and we complained and they only refunded...
