"The property was amazing . There was a large group of 11 adults and 1 child and the way the property is sub divided into 3 parts, works really well because there is plenty of privacy in the living quarters. Plenty of plates , glasses and utensils on site so you can eailsy cook meals for a large group. A real added bonus is the beach bar , with entertainment on some nights. Only thing which might help is some mirrors in the bedrooms. All in all a fantastic villa , which i highly recommend"

"This house was fantastic for our family vacation. It comfortably held 7 of us (including a teen and pre-teen in the bunkbeds). The pool was perfect for the younger crowd who between the sea and pool were never dry. The town of Sutivan was a short walk down the hill. One elderly family member appreciated a ride back up the steep street. It was a hot visit, but there is AC in the main room and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. "We had a very relaxing time at the Villa which was perfectly suitable for two families because of the separation of the apartments. The children loved the pool and we all loved the sea. It was idyllic to swim in such clear water every day at the bottom of the lane. The walk into Milna took about 20 minutes so you need a car for the shop, which was the only inconvenience. "Wonderful accommodations for five friends after a Dalmatian islands cruise. We loved that we each had our own spacious bedroom and bath, and the large living room/kitchen was great for gathering in the evening. Ana was friendly and thoughtful, leaving us fresh bread, cheese and cold cuts. She also helped us arrange taxi service for day trips and our early morning airport transport. "I liked staying here as it was quiet and safe. It had a lovely sea view as well. The staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was very good and they cooked eggs to order which was a bonus. If you opt to not stay within the palace walls, this is a good, close option. It was only about a 5 min walk to the Riva and the palace. Very easy to get to the port for the island ferries as well. The next time I'm in Split I'll stay within the palace walls for the experience and convenience, but this hotel met my needs at the time. "
