"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing I didn't like too much was the sink was basically in the entrance of the room when it should've been in the bathroom. I've stayed in places with the same set up and I always thought it was odd but not a deal breaker. The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly and personable which always helps. I didn't wake up early enough for breakfast but that's ok. It's rare that I ever do. I could see myself staying here again. "

"Under the current management all was very clean and comfortable. The people were very diligent and polite. We were there 4 days with a sheep doodle and found a problem walking the dog . There are Burr Weeds every where that still to the paws and really hurt the dog walking and removing them."

The property is older, but VERY well maintained with a perfect location for visiting the Fredericksburg area. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. This will be the place we return to again and again when visiting Fredericksburg, TX!"
