"Hotel was clean, well-appointed and situated perfectly for our activities, which included a lot of meandering and checking out highly-rated restaurants (we did not eat at the hotel restaurant, so can’t speak to its quality). The staff were pleasant and helpful. We arrived early and were able to store our bags for a few hours before our room was ready (we relaxed by the pool - very quiet in the early morning - while waiting for our room), and they held our bags after checkout while we did a day trip to Montserrat. Overall solid hotel; would stay again."

"The rooms were good size and the amenities and closet space was also very good for our family of 3. The shower and bathroom was also spacious and clean. The only issue that we faced over the 6 nights we stayed there was that the daily housekeeping was subpar, one day I had to call and ask the garbage to be taken out and glasses and mugs yo be changed to clean ones. Another day I had to clean the floor myself even though the room was “cleaned”. Overall the location was great , we could get to all the main attractions within 10-15 walking or with taxi."
