Location at an altitude of 300 m and 4 km from the town of Massa, in an excellent hilly, quiet and sunny position, 20 minutes from the sea and 20 minutes from the Apuan Alps, which separate it from Garfagnana. Halfway between the Cinque Terre and Pietrasanta, the 'Little Athens' of Versilia. Located in the town of San Carlo Terme, known for its curative waters and for its extremely panoramic position overlooking the town, the coast and the surrounding mountains.

The 60 sqm property is located on the ground floor of a two-storey house, surrounded by a fenced garden, and consists of a living area with fireplace, sofa, 40" LED TV and dining area with open kitchen, complete with induction hob, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and espresso machine; bedroom with 180 cm double bed, complete with bed linen; bathroom with shower cubicle, bidet and provided with towels. Free Wi fi. In the winter period there is an extra charge for heating. Pets are allowed with extra charge per stay.

The holiday home is easily reached by the provincial road, from which it is only a few metres away, and has private parking at the entrance.

Because of its geographical position, the property is an excellent starting point for visiting places of artistic, cultural, naturalistic and gastronomic interest in Tuscany and Liguria: Carrara marble quarries 16 km away, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia 17 km, Lunigiana 43 km away, Garfagnana 42 km, Portovenere 45 km away, Pisa with its Galileo Galilei international airport 42 km, Lucca 45 km away and Florence 120 km away.
