"Spacious two floors, convenient location, comfortable beds, laundry availability, quiet and safe neighborhood, this rental really has so much to offer. Our one criticism was the entry process to the apartment. Elena, the property manager, did an excellent video of opening the outside entry gate, then accessing the keys from the key box inside a cupboard. "Four of us stayed quite comfortably in this apartment, 3 faculty and one student on the couch. Stefania reacted immediately to make us comfortable. It was a very good location, within 5 minutes of reaching the Orthodox Baptistry. I would book again!"

"The apartment we stayed in was great. It was nicely decorated and clean, which we really appreciated. However, when we arrived for check-in, the hosts were still checking the water heater, which took longer than we wanted to stay with them, especially after a long day of traveling. The location might not be the best if you want to be close to the center, but it's still a safe area and has some great restaurants nearby. One restaurant our host recommended was Caruso, and it was indeed good. One...

"My wife, teenage daughter and I had a wonderful time staying at Bellaria Park. Paola met us very late (sorry!) as our flight was delayed and regularly checked in with us to ensure everything was going well. The property and location are excellent and just a short drive to a large Coop grocery store and train station, and next to a beautiful park which is great for walking or running. Wanda’s Gelateria is a 10 min walk away. The apartment was clean and felt like our home the week we spent there....

"Wir haben uns zu fünft in der großzügigen und hochwertig eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Von den Eigentümern wurden wir überaus herzlich empfangen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es stehen Spül-und Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Sehr gute Betten, Klimaanlage im Hauptschlafzimmer. Mit 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Altstadt liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral. Einziger Minuspunkt: Da die Wohnung im ersten Stock ist, steht leider nur ein Balkon, an eines der Schlafzimmer angeliefert, zur Verfügung....

"Nice place to stay, safe area in good location. Host was very helpful and friendly. Room is not a loft but a basement, completely private and has all amenities. Listing shows it has A/C, that's not accurate."

"We' ve been in Bologna for cycling and sightseeing. The location is great. Two big bedrooms and enough space for lugage and stuff. The living room with an additional sofa/bed. There is a dishwasher and wash mashine in the flat. Directly at the location is a bus station. With the bus you are in 25 minutes in the city center. The check-in and other questions with wonderful italy is quite easy by whatsapp. I can reccomend the location."

Multumim gazdei si agentiei pentru ospitalitate!"

"Wir haben es genossen, dass wir gleich an der Bushaltestelle waren und die Tickets unten im Haus kaufen könnten. Wir kamen direkt in die Stadt. Unser Auto könnt kostenlos auf dem Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Waschmaschine mit eingebautem Trockner war sehr hilfreich. Wir können Gastgeber und Wohnung sehr empfehlen."
