Schöne, großzügige Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf Capri, Ischia und Procida. Von jedem Zimmer hat man Meerblick ein Balkon und eine große Terasse ebenfalls mit Meerblick. Sauber Alte Möbel und Küchenutensilien Abenteuerliche Anreise, NUR mit kleinem Auto erreicbar. Kommt Gegenverkehr muss man rückwerts auf der kurvigen etwa 2,5m breiten Straße

While the view was incredible, the rest of the experience was disappointing.

We did not realize from the listing that we had to pay for towels and sheets, and had to pick up and drop off the key in another city or pay 30 euro. We did not realize until the second night we had to ask for the AC controls and more toilet paper, so we slept in an insanely hot room and got bug bites from leaving the windows open to get some air. While I do not expect shampoo or body wash necessarily, there was not even hand soap provided in the bathroom. The bar and restaurant and beach mentioned in the listing we inaccesible after 7 pm, which is fine, beach wise, but we assumed we were walking distance to dining. There was mention of an outdoor shower, but we do not know where that was and even our balcony was not private, as we could see the owners as we sat on it. All in all, lovely view but otherwise disappointing because the listing did not seem accurate.

Die Terrasse im o.a. Bild gehört nicht zur Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung selbst liegt nicht dort, wo sie laut Lageplan liegen müsste. Bei der Beschreibung der Zufahrt zur Ferienwohnung wird verschwiegen, dass die sehr enge Zufahrt nicht ausschließlich zur Wohnung führt. Es ist eine öffentl. Ortsstraße mit regem Verkehr. Die Straße wird zusätzlich noch durch parkende Autos verengt.

Super Blick, miese Ausstattung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen (eigenes Auto aber wirklich unbedingt empfehlenswert), man ist schnell in Massa Lubrense und hat es auch nicht weit bis auf die andere Seite der Halbinsel zur Amalfiküste. Sie ist geräumig und sauber, der große Pluspunkt sind die Terrasse und der Balkon, von denen man einen super Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Capri hat und auf denen man gemütlich sitzen kann. Alle Absprachen vor Ort waren unkompliziert und zufriedenstellend. Große Abzüge gibt es für die Küchenausstattung (kein Schneidebrett, kein einziges Küchenmesser, teilweise gibt es nur 4 Mal eine Geschirrsorte, obwohl die Ferienwohnung für fünf Leute ausgerichtet ist, die Töpfe&Pfannen sind in sehr schlechtem Zustand, die Espressokannen unbenutzbar weil angegammelt). Also: wer auch mal selbst kochen will, muss hier viel improvisieren. Auch die Betten waren unteres Qualitätsniveau. Außerdem negativ: Für die Nebenkosten muss am Ende noch mal ordentlich drauf gezahlt werden.
