- 6 rooms on 2 levels, breathtaking view, modern and cozy furnishings, large living room with TV and air conditioning, 4 double bedrooms with air conditioning, 3 bathrooms. Wide open spaces. Distances: 300 m from the beach, 3 km from Sorrento, 600 m from town center. Private parking for 3 cars. Villa carefully finished with modern and confortable furnishing, overlooking the sea in front of Capri, surrounded by greenery; a short walk from a little rock beach. The house is equipped with linen and towels for each guest; bathrooms with soaps, shampoo, hair dryer, toothpaste and toothbrush for each guest. Espresso machine "Nespresso" with capsules welcome. On demand it's possible to have beach towels (5 € / person) and Links: supply of linen (10 € / person).
On demand a fifth double room without view is available (€ 40 / person / day).
Power consumptions: 100 kW included in the price. Over 100 kW, the cost is € 0.50 / kW.
