VILLA MARIKA is a characteristic two-story villa located in Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi. It has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, Internet WI-FI and parking. The villa can accommodate up to 14 guests. It features a private swimming pool with stunning views of the sea, Gulf of Naples and Capri Island.
Villa Marika is located on a hillside, facing the sea. It is located less than two kilometers from the center of Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi village where you will find restaurants, shops, bars, the supermarket and the SITA bus stop from where you can take the bus to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. The nearest beach is Marina del Cantone at about six km away.
Villa Marika is a holiday home that offers true quietness and privacy. It is located at the end of a narrow rural road of 3 meters wide.
To stay at Villa Marika, it is necessary to have a car. You will be able to park in the villa's parking lot (for four cars). From the parking, you will reach the villa by going down the small stairs.
THE TERRACE is large and has a nice view of the sea. It is equipped with a barbecue made in stone, a pizza oven, a sink and a table with chairs for twelve people. The terrace is partially shaded by a tiled canopy. This is the perfect place for relaxing meals or cooking classes.
THE ROSES ANGLE is a beautiful. Here, you can sit on the stone bench and admire the countless types of roses, accompanied by a good glass of wine. You will reach the Roses Angle from the terrace by going down on a small stairs.
THE SWIMMING POOL is 3x7 meters and is 1. 5 meters deep. The swimming pool area and the well-tended garden are definitely the icing on the cake of Villa Marika. The swimming pool area is equipped with outdoor seating, chairs, sun loungers and umbrella, plus toys for children. There is also an outdoor washroom, with a shower, sink and toilet. You will reach the washroom from the swimming pool by going up. From the swimming pool area, you will enjoy the sun all day long. The stunning views over the sea, the Gulf of Naples and the Capri Island will make you wish to stay there during your holiday. The swimming pool is open from April to the end of October. You will reach the swimming pool by going up to twenty small stairs.
THE GROUND FLOOR
THE LIVING ROOM is welcoming, with a nice beamed ceiling and tiled floor. It is equipped with a double sofa bed, an armchair, a dresser and a television. There is also the Internet WI-FI. The room has a window with a nice view of the sea. You will reach the living room from the kitchen or from the first terrace.
THE FIRST BATHROOM is a half bathroom. It is equipped with a sink, a bidet and the WC. You will reach the bathroom from the living room.
THE FIRST KITCHEN is large and sunny. It is equipped with a lunch table with twelve chairs, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, an electric oven and a four-burner gas cooker. It has the air conditioning and the heating unit. From the kitchen, you will have a nice terrace with eight chairs. From the terrace, you can admire a fantastic view of the sea and Capri Island. You will reach the kitchen from the living room or from the terrace.
THE LOWER FLOOR
A nice staircase of twenty small stairs, with a decorative banister will take you to the lower floor.
THE FIRST BEDROOM IN SUITE BATHROOM is equipped with two single beds, a closet, air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you will have access to a small private terrace equipped with a table and chairs. From this terrace you will be able to reach the Roses Angle as well. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a bidet, a shower enclosure and the WC. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.
THE SECOND BEDROOM is equipped with two single beds, a closet, air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you will have access to a small private terrace equipped with a table and chairs. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.
THE THIRD BEDROOM WITH SUITE BATHROOM is equipped with a queen size bed, air conditioning and heating unit. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a bidet, a shower enclosure, a hairdryer and the WC. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

Important things to know:
- Tourist tax 2 Euro per day per person for the first 7 nights from April to October 31. The children under 18 years of not pay.
- For arrivals after 8:00 PM will be applied an extra cost of 60. 00 euro to be paid at the arrival.
