We had an amazing view of the sea from which we dined at our balcony a couple of times. The hosts were welcoming and very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner was great. They were able to book our tours and arrange transportation from the hotel to the airport/train station. We would highly recommend staying here.

The location was excellent, close to the lift you can take up from the port if you’re coming by boat. Close to lots of restaurants and a great view of the sea and port. We were upgraded to a king room with the largest shower I have ever seen in Italy. The front desk staff was super friendly. Daily happy hour and breakfast were wonderful perks. This was our first visit to Sorrento. The hotel was beautiful with a great full breakfast. Room was spacious, staff was friendly & the housekeepers sweet. We had dinner twice in the rooftop dinning room overlooking the bay. The sunset was amazing. The waitstaff friendly , the food five star. We also danced to the music which made it very romantic. Very nice hotel. Great location, very clean, and the staff were helpful. The But…The only downside was the discotheque club located beneath the hotel. Opened at 11pm until 3am. The music bass was very noticeable. Have to imagine all low floor hotel rooms hear and feel this. The three of our phones sound apps were on high volume to try to washout music.
