Villa Dei Galli is a gorgeous villa on two levels with 90 square meters. It has two bathrooms and can host up to 5 people with a private parking. It has Wi-Fi internet and air condition.
The villa has two solarium terraces, a private swimming pool and the barbecue. There is a large garden filled with olive and fig trees and a spectacular view of the sea, the valley and the Gulf of Salerno.
Villa dei Galli is accessible by following the main road of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, Via Santa Maria della Neve, towards the direction of Nerano. Coming out of the car your first natural instinct will be to look all around. You will see hills, mountains, valleys, islands, a long coast, the blue sky and sea, all of which seems to be a hand painted picture setting from a famous artist.
You will be immersed in immense greenery! The villa is strategically located just a few hundred meters from the center of Sant’Agata sui due Golfi, a town with stores, bars and one of the best local restaurants (the Don Alfonso restaurant with 3 Michelin stars is one of them). The villa is situated on the hill that dominates Santa Maria della Neve, offering an enchanting view of the Salerno Gulf, the legendary Rocks “Li Galli, the Vetara and the passage that reunites the lively colors of the sea and the richness greenery of the olive trees.
The nearest SITA bus stop is at 300 meters away. You can take the bus to Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi every 15 minutes. The Marina del Cantone beach is the nearest one at only 5 km away.
The villa is accessible from the main road through an electric gate, which accesses to a private parking for three cars. To access the villa from the parking there are no stairs. A car is not necessary to stay at villa dei Galli.
THE SWIMMING POOL is immersed in the greenery of the grass and in the fruit and vegetable plants. It has a splendid view of the sea, the Salerno Gulf, the Galli and Vetera islands. It is furnished with chairs, long chairs, an external shower and an umbrella. The pool measures 3. 5 meters X 6. 5 meters and is 1.5 meters deep. It is opened from April to October.
THE GARDEN surrounds the villa giving it a maximum privacy. You will find olive and fig trees, countless tropical plants and a variety of flowers.
THE FIRST TERRACE / PATIO has a splendid sea view over- looking the sea, the Gulf of Salerno, the legendary rocks of Li Galli and the hilltops of Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi. The terrace flooring is made of Massa Stone and it is partially covered with a wooden roof. It is furnished with a hand-crafted table made from Sorrentine Nuts with six chairs, long chairs, ideal for lunch and dinners out in the open. There is also a locally styled hand –made stone BBQ,
GROUND FLOOR
THE FAMILY ROOM is bright and spacious with a beautiful sea view. There are two sofas, a satellite flat screen television, a DVD player, a Bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, heating, a fireplace and the dining area with table and six chairs. You may access the terrace / patio through French doors from the family room or dining area.
THE KITCHEN is furnished with a fridge with freezer, electric oven with five gas burners, dishwasher, washing machine, small electric oven, the microwave, the toaster, the kettle, the Italian coffee machine, iron and ironing board. The kitchen can be accessed from the family room.
THE FIRST BEDROOM has a queen size bed and window with sea view. It comes with heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet and a television. It can be accessed from the family room.
THE FIRST BATHROOM has a shower, toilette, bidet, the sink and the hair drier. It has heating. It can be accessed by the family room.
THE FIRST FLOOR
It can be accessed from the main floor by going up about ten steps from the inside.
THE SECOND TERRACE / SOLARIUM is about 80 square meters. It is furnished with table, chairs, sun chairs, an umbrella and has a panoramic sea view of the Gulf of Salerno. You will reach the terrace from the third bedroom or from the garden.
THE SECOND BEDROOM has a single bed (most appropriate for a child). It has heating and Wi-Fi internet. From here, you may access the garden through a French door. The bedroom can be accessed from the hallway.
THE THIRD BEDROOM has two single beds (upon request can become a double bed). It has air condition, heating, Wi-Fi internet and a television. It can be accessed from the hallway. Through French doors, you may access the second terrace / patio with sea view.
THE SECOND BATHROOM has a shower, sink, toilette and bidet. It has heating. There is a window with garden view. The bathroom can be accessed from the hallway.
Important things to know:
- Tourist tax 2 Euro per day per person for the first 7 nights from April to October 31. The children under 18 years do not pay.
- For arrivals after 8:00 PM will be applied an extra cost of 60.00 euro to be paid at the arrival.
- Security deposit: € 200.00. The security deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
- Heating not included. If requested will be charged 100 € per week to be paid on site
