"Wonderful resort. The restaurant and main pool are a highlight. Hard to beat that view. We also loved walking around the grounds and seeing the birds and lizards. "

"Ft Young is always my go to when visiting the island. That being said if you are in the older part of the hotel, getting your luggage around is a challenge as the elevator does not get you to all areas, HOWEVER there is always friendly staff to lend a hand. I was disappointed not to get a room in the new, deluxe part of the hotel. Not sure how I go about getting one. Overall I am pleased with my stay. I would say that service has improved over the years. Helpful, friendly staff"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental Dominica. Beyond the great onsite restaurants, the wonderful spa, beautiful rooms and outstanding views of the water and the mountains, were the lovely and engaging team members from the attendants that greeted you to the front desk to every member of the resort, all were friendly and helpful. "
