The property is attached on one side (the confining property is only used from time to time), surrounded by a garden, which is set in terraces and completely fenced.

The house is surrounded by trees and a big green garden, although it lies in a residential area and close to the motorway ( which can be heard in some moments of the day and of the year) and close to important connecting routes.

When you arrive you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property perfect for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of shopping. Outside you will also find a playground and barbecue grill. There is a kitchen including stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to eight people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished veranda where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.
