"only one chair in the room for 2 people...HDMI cable was removed from tv box ..coffee makers were removed from rooms was there previous stays ..head of the bed is lower than foot ,,hard to sleep,,lot of road noise .. no clocks in the room and if you want breakfast better be there before 9am"

There are no coffee machines. No ice machines towels ARE VERY USED, 1 small bar of soap. No ADA ROOMS 2 towels vert ratty ,2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths. Tub is from the 80's as are the 2 handle tub valves. Diverter spout sticks in up position ( found out hard way). Shower head is from 80's. Price Pfister. Shower arm was wobbly, Step up into room is about 7 inches, Door has no weather stripping leaks light and-or- air . Back of main Door is dirty, as...
"This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. It consistently is super clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and very close to the Hartville Flea Market and great food and shops. We stay here several times a year for a weekend getaway and have never been disappointed."
