The boat is located in a small campsite with a small bar/restaurant and pool use for free. Friendly and very helpful staff. "I've stayed at this hotel twice and everything about it is excellent!! The rooms are exceptionally clean, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and breakfast and dinner were amazing! The hotel and grounds are beautiful as well. The price is the best for a hotel this awesome and it's close to the airport."

"The hotel is absolutely charming, with so many of its original period features beautifully preserved, which made our stay feel even more magical. One of the highlights was enjoying cocktails at the Hemingway Bar while listening to live piano music. The spa was wonderful, with both indoor and outdoor swimming facilities, and was the perfect place to relax. The hotel is also very well located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. A beautiful hotel full of character, and a truly memorable stay."

"Stayed one night at this hotel prior to my flight. It was clean, comfortable, convenient and very accessible to the train station(a bonus). Food and drinks are served at the hotel (also a plus). However, while the check in/reception staff were nice, I had an unfortunate experience of being deliberately ignored or refused service by the lady at the bar which was a most unfortunate experience and one that left quite a sour taste to an enjoyable trip to Italy. Luckily the front desk lady stepped in and helped, and for that I am thankful. I am old enough to know that people’s feelings or opinions of you are entirely their own and a reflection of their own upbringing, especially if you have never interacted before."

"The hotel was pretty nice, set in gardens with a view of the lake. The room was a good size but could do with an update. Everything was clean, staff were lovely. We arrived pretty tired after a long drive and asked to use the spa and were told to go and seek out the spa and book it ourselves. I must admit, I didn't bother. Why they didn't get the spa to call our room or allow us to book at reception I guess we'll never know."
