"Had to slept over the floor rather than the bed because this hotel has No air con under the weather with temperature above 35 degree. Next to one main drive way with bus stop downstairs,thus no way to open window and sleep because crazy noise. Management has no sense to proactively help guest under this extreme weather condition. The hotel looks very organized in all aspects but in the reality does not care guests much from service perspectvie "

"Had a good time during our stay. Close to bus stops to get to lifts easily. Supermarket close by for supplies. Also, some fantastic restaurants nearby, which you should definitely try out if you stay!"

"First off, the place was huge and beautiful. Enough room for a family of four to spread out. Nori was right on it with communication. Anything that we needed or had questions about. If he didn't have the answer he would find it and get back to us. The place was centrally located. You can see the lake from the window of the apartment and it's about a 25-minute walk. When entering the apartment, the smell is strongest, but after a few minutes we would just get used to it.
