Beautifully presented townhouse

Totally refurbished, architecturally designed townhouse with quality beds, linen and crockery. This home has been artfully decorated and has a real sense of luxury from the moment you arrive. With two heat pumps for climate control, guests will want for nothing. Gardens surround the property with privacy from the street and mountain views. Outdoor furniture is provided on a paved area just outside the lounge with a verandah for shade. The house is next to Lansdowne Park Retirement so no noisy neighbours, the area is quiet and well-kept and is a cul-de-sac. Situated a 5 minute drive from central Masterton, 45 minutes to Castlepoint or Riversdale and 20 minutes to Mt Holdsworth.
Please note: The property happily accommodates 4 people in two double bedrooms. There is a sofa bed in the lounge which can also be utilised.


We have a no pets policy but are happy to discuss this on an individual basis.

Spacious Home
I can recommend this townhouse, which abuts the Lansdowne Park Lifestyle Community, for anyone wishing to stay in close proximity to or visit with friends living in Lansdowne Park. It was wonderful to be able to be so handy to the Lansdowne Park community. The house itself is spacious and comfortable and is a welcome retreat at the end of a busy day. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am visiting Masterton.

Fantastic location with quality accommodation
Property was clean and presented really well. Inside and out. Heaps of room and the most comfy beds we've slept on. Has everything you need, including hottie bottles. Air conditioning that worked perfectly for the entire apartment. This made our mini family break so easy and relaxed. A great 'home base' to travel all over the Waiarapa. Highly recommended!

Great communication with Miri the host, everything was great with the house and there was great information when we arrived. We liked the quirky touches, wallpaper, art and cushions. Basics like tea and coffee and some books were supplied which was awesome. The location was up the road from a family event, very handy for us. Thank you.

Lovely home away from home
Such a nice place to stay. Was a lovely & warm light filled home. Loved watching the birds playing/bathing in the birdbath. The bed linen & towels were luxurious. Beds were very comfortable including the bed seatee in the lounge - my boys even commented on how cozy the beds were. I was so grateful to have a clothes dryer - not many holiday homes seem to provide them these days. Will definitely stay here again.

Close to retirement village, wetlands pathways for lots of exercise, golf course. All we used. House was fantastic, housed our family great and accommodated to entertain a small extended family dinner. Great indoor outdoor flow and fenced so children were nice and safe. Amenities were great! Lovely to get home with little washing to do due to being up to date:) Really enjoyed our stay, we look forward to using again.

Great wee hideaway, look forward to returning again
Absolutely loved staying here. Quiet and secluded, lovely home with modern decor and amenities. Communication with the hosts was fantastic too. Whilst the other townhouse is next door, they are completely separate buildings and entrances - we didn’t see or hear anyone else (although know it was booked out during our stay). We will definitely be returning to stay here next time we are in Masterton 😊

What an amazing property. For 4 of us the 2 bedrooms had heaps of space with an on suite on one and a bathroom by the other. Air conditioning which was well used in the Wairarapa summer.. Great facilities. Very quiet neighbourhood and good access to the region. Would come again any day

Owner was very helpful. House was just right for the four of us. Everything we needed with lovely deco. Might of struggled if there had been 6 of us as is advertised as max. We would not want to sleep on the pullout sofa. Bedrooms are gorgeous especially the flamingo room. Would definitely stay again
