"We stayed in the house for 10 days in October. The house and garden are really nice, the pictures do them justice. We really enjoyed our stay and Francesco was really friendly. Yet we feel, that some information is not correct. "This property was perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The common areas were large enough for us all to dine and enjoy time all together. The wine (stocked) was a great bonus as was the spa and indoor pool area. One of my favorite spots was the outdoor dining room! Great views and protected from the elements we could all dine outside together with a view of the pool and the Tuscan valley. This was one of my favorite places of all time!"

"Fantastic location, wonderful people, home cooked meal was amazing. Relaxing, wonderful furnishings. Beware that the heat is very expensive if you use it! Kitchen is awesome to cook and views are unbelievable. Couldnt reccommend more for a true Tuscany experience. Views are stupendous. Was a highlight of our trip just to play with the dogs and sheep and get a gourmet meal. Easy to go all over the region from here as well. meal on Ne highly"

"The road up is narrow and a little challenging but so worth the breathtaking views !!! The pool overlooking the hills and the manicured landscaping were top notch! We were close enough to a small town to enjoy the local restaurants good food, groceries and other towns to do day trips as well. The Villa had everything to make our Stay very comfortable. The little cottage allowed us two couples separate sleeping and bathroom privacy."
