"The hotel and the rooms are very beautiful, and it’s a great place for a relaxing “beach and pool” vacation. We stayed in a villa with a private pool, which was very nice. The cleanliness was reasonable, but we had to ask several times before the room was properly cleaned. The food is average. The breakfast is quite basic and the prices are high. The same applies to most food products in the area. If you plan to cook during your stay, it’s recommended to bring groceries from the city in advance."

"This place is a gem high in the mountains. Rooms are well maintained and have hot water. The staff was kind and helpful. Its a ways put of town but if your looking for some relaxation and amazing bird watching this is the place. "

The hot tub only had cold water in it, there are bikes on site but no information on if they can be used (and staff not very helpful). The bar is often empty so you can’t order a drink, they have no details of the ‘happy hour’ and the place is overrun with people with day passes on the weekend "
