I went there 5 times. The 4th I was robbed at ALA SOL. They took my debit card from safety box. I have all the proof. I wrote to them but nobody answered. This summer I came back (close, good sea) and the food was terrible. Bar bartenders hated Argentine people and, there was a bad service at restos and bad food.The only food for veggie people was salad! What was worse, you had to “fight” in order to get a chair at the beach! Terrible! Last but not least, there isn’t a doctor or a place for quick medical attendance. Even though you have your insurance, I was bitten by a giant ant and I almost collapsed. They should have someone in situ. I love the beach at the place but I am quiet disappointed!

O resort é excelente, variedades deliciosas de comidas e bebidas, ambiente agradável e muito bem localizado. O complexo foi reformado recentemente, então a infraestrutura é muito boa. O complexo Brisa Premium conta com piscina aquecida, o que se tornou o maior atrativo e grande diferencial para nossa viagem. Somos pais de uma criança PCD e pedi de antemão um quarto adaptado, o que foi atendido, porém o banheiro não contava com uma ducha móvel, e mesmo pedindo não conseguimos ter o pedido atendido. O serviço deixa a desejar também no jantar, os atendentes não rodam nas mesas e por muitas vezes as bebidas chegam apenas qdo terminamos de comer. A limpeza dos quartos também não é feita de maneira satisfatória, sinto que poderiam tirar melhor a areia do chão. Também achei inúmeros fios de cabelo nas toalhas que eram trocadas, então deixo o feedback para que a governança cuide dessa parte com mais atenção.

Hotel bom, quartos e banheiros grandes. O hotel foi reformado, mas tem móveis surrados. Gostei do hotel por ser menor do que grandes Resort que precisa andar muito para tudo. Mas falta entretenimento para crianças como um playground externo e melhorar a brinquedoteca, nada muito grave e difícil de resolver, mas realmente falta para crianças abaixo de 4 anos. A praia é possível tomar banho nas piscinas quando a maré está baixa, isso é legal para quem vai com crianças.
Gostei das venezianas de abrir do banheiro, o que traz privacidade quando necessário.
Quarto amplo, banheiro possui duas portas o que ajuda quando dividi com crianças.
Bem próximo da praia, o acesso é perto do restaurante da piscina. dica: Opte por aptos Superior mas no andar da recepção. Acesso fácil a tudo.

Wir waren das 2 Mal hier. Diesmal waren wir nach 24.00 Uhr angekommen. Heute werden wir um 18.00 gehen. Es kann daher nicht sein, dass man wegen einem Glas Prosecco um 15.50 diskutieren muss. Bemerkung; am anflugstag hatten wir keine Kosten generiert ( Essen Trinken) Waren mit 6 Personen da !!

Paraíso com acessibilidade para todos

Nossa estadia foi muito, muito boa. O local é lindo, os funcionários são nota 1000, a comida e bebida são boas e fartas, muitas atividades para alegrar o dia. Foi tudo muito bom, gostamos muito. Só tenho uma observação quanto ao quarto PCD. Eu tenho dificuldade de locaomoção e pedi um quarto PCD. Me deram o quarto PCD, mas o banheiro é diferente do da foto do website. O banheiro não tem a bancada para sentar no chuveiro como mostrava a foto. Me deram uma cadeira higiênica e quando tomei banho o banheiro virou uma piscina. No dia seguinte pedimos para ver um quarto normal e este tinha uma pequna bancada no chuveiro que dava para sentar, então trocamos de quarto e ficou tudo bem. As acomodações do hotel em geral tem muita boa acessibilidade, fui com o meu carrinho eletrico para toda parte. Na piscina e na praia tem salava vidas para nos ajudar a entrar na água. Foi muito bom

Hotel lindo e serviço atencioso

O hotel é muito bem cuidado. Praia linda e instalações excelentes . Quarto confortável e limpeza correta, embora mobiliário um pouco envelhecido (nada que prejudique a hospedagem). Colaboradores educados e atenciosos. Alimentação de excelente qualidade, comida variada e saborosa . Muita fartura na alimentação e bebidas . Nada posso dizer sobre as bebidas alcoólicas , pois não bebo. Algumas pequenas sugestões : proibir cerveja long neck de vidro (stella artois) na piscina e melhores opções de lanches no bar da piscina . Shows bacanas à noite. Já estivemos no iberostar praia do forte e gostamos mais da Costa do Sauípe . Tivemos uma ótima experiência e pretendemos retornar assim que for inaugurado o parque aquático em construção no complexo .

Hotel é muito bonito, o que achamos que faltou atrações noturnas para adultos, tem a vilinha que é linda porém tem que pagar para consumir sendo que estamos no all inclusive. Outra coisa chato foi vendedores querendo vender cotas, enquanto estamos no hotel para relaxar.

Que lugar incrível! Atendimento impecável!!! Chegamos de madrugada, o Transfer do resort foi maravilhoso na ida e na volta. Atendimento dos funcionários todos os dias excelente. O lugar é incrível, comidas maravilhosas, só elogios!!!

Restaurante deixa a desejar e Aviva atrapalha

O hotel é incrível e os funcionários, em sua maioria, muito educados, porém tem deixado muito a desejar nas questões de restaurante. 1) variedades de almoço e jantar (muitas opções diferentes que não agradam a maioria das crianças e adultos), o básico deveria ter todos os dias e não tem. 2)Comemos um camarão empanado que para nosso total desagrado ao comer percebemos que não estava limpo, estava ainda com a tripa e esta situação se repetiu por vários dias. Uma questão básica de qualquer gastronomia que se preze. Foi absurdamente desagradável. Outro fator que bem inconveniente e invasivo é a abordagem quase de minuto a minuto dos funcionários da Aviva e da equipe de fotografia. Abordagens muito constantes, o tempo todo e que não nos deixam aproveitar a viagem sem ter que toda hora ficar falando não pro serviço
