"Extremely clean, tech friendly, plenty of kitchen utensils to cook up that perfect coastal meal, extra towels, beach gear, everything was problem free. We went for a Mother’s day retreat and the host even left a card and bottle of champagne for the occasion. This is a very well managed property that is family friendly. 10Rating from me!"

"Ocean views were really good, the unit inside is modern, comfortable and very clean. Beach access is decent with a path nearby, but an area resident has no trespassing signs posted so it’s unclear if the path is on private property or not. The car beach access isn’t far. The pool is great and the fishing in the local pond is also very nice. The check-in and check out times are firm with notices of fines if not followed. The drawback to this community is the exterior is dated and worn and in need of minor repairs which looks more like an HOA issue than an issue with the unit itself. Compared to other Matagorda locations would still recommend with the amenities and the interior condition. If they update the exteriors this place would be 5 star. "
