"This place was dirty when we checked in. I contacted the host with photos and videos of all the mess. The host had delayed responses and did nothing to fix the situation immediately. I had to drive down to the store to get my own cleaning supplies because I felt very uncomfortable eventually realizing that there had been no proper cleaning done to the house after the last guests had checked out and before we checked in.
