This home is located in a private gated community with a community pool and lagoon. Matagorda offers over 20 miles of beautiful beaches and some of the best fishing on the Texas coast. Sleeping 7 people comfortably, The Coastal Condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a full kitchen. Inside the home you will find plenty of space for your friends or family, a fully stocked kitchen and stunning views of the beach. Enjoy coffee in the dining room while watching the sunrise over the water or spend time on your two private balconies. The ground level offers plenty of parking. Enjoy the community grounds outside of the home which offers a private community pool, pool house and a lagoon. The living area has breathtaking views with access to a private balcony, a smart TV with youtube tv connection and plenty of space for everyone. The home also has a separate dining area. The main bedroom offers a king bed and you will find one bathroom on the main floor. Upstairs is a lofted area with one queen bed, a full bed with a twin trundle and a bathroom.
