The cancel my reservation with out notice I was stranded in mexico with a place to stay I spend 2 hours with customer service with Expedia to get a different hotel in the area with no luck

Room was clean. Functionable. The room's entrance was in a very dark corner with No light. Difficult to open in the dark. The window faced to a wall. There were no comforters on the beds onle sheets. No toiletries and very ooor lighting. We were planning on staying the night but left around 10 pm. Instead.

En general muy bien. varios puntos Falta elevador No tiene contactos accesibles (al lado de la cama) La Cama no está tan cómoda, (muy dura) La llave se desactiva en cada salida, se tiene que activar antes, aunado que lo hay elevador es cansado para una mujer embarazada
