AC kayaknya dah lama gak dibersihkan, dinginnya gak nendang lagi. Exhaust Fan di kamar mandi mati jadi pengab dan bau toilet masuk ke kamar. Fasilitas Hotel tidak terpelihara dengan baik.
This Hotel is quite good in as far as its fairly new and strong and with stood 3 Earth quakes while i was there 7.4 - 5.4 -6.9 and did relativily little damage so was pleased with that aspect . Hotel is in in a strong moslem area with nothing here to interest the western foreigner except if you want to listen to the Mosque early morning and night and have a speaker close to Hotel . Walking distance to the beach No food around here and definately no Beer . Hotel food is Rice or Noodle Nasagoreng for Breakfast Not a Buffet Breakfast as said . Need to catch a taxi back to Segiggi if you wand good food and drinks with bars and restaurants The Hotel and staff as such were very friendly but English is very limited by staff which is understandable for this area. But all in all was a pleasant stay in a fairly clean hotel big rooms and good hotwater

Great sized room and bed though difficult location
Grand Inn Hotel provides guests with rooms that are great value for money. The room was large and the bed was most likely a king size which was great when sharing with a friend. There was plenty of room to fit suitcase, a small bench with a kettle and a wardrobe. The TV was also a nice luxury with a few channels with movies in English! The bathroom was difficult as, like most showers in Indonesia, you shower with no shower curtain or glass walls so the show bathroom flooded and took a long time to drain away all the water. The staff were very friendly and the manager was very good at making us feel comfortable and welcome. However, it was sometimes difficult to communicate with some of the staff as they spoke limited English. The only real disappointment for this hotel was the location. You cannot walk to any nice beaches, scenery or even shops and markets. You have to catch a taxi or get a driver which is relatively expensive as most of the places to see are 1-2 hours drive away. The taxi drivers are also less friendly in this particular area and try to charge you higher fees than even their meters so you need to be extra careful to not be scammed and ripped off as a tourist.
