"We stayed 4 nights in Grand suite- cottage contains two double beds with two separate bathrooms and living/kitchen area. It has wonderful views. Snorkelling is just 3 mins from the beach, but only in high-mid tide conditions. Reef is very nice. Staff is very friendly. Mary has organised our land tours (Lavena coastal walk and waterfalls in Bouma National park- don't miss them and take a guide for coastal walk as we got a bit lost) as we did our water-based activities previously in dive resort. Food was the best on this island- both breakfasts and the dinners cooked by Mary. We strongly recommend to use this option for a dinner. Two small things are to mention: no dark blinds/curtains in the rooms, so it is quite bright to sleep after sunrise and the tea pot and pots for cooking are huge (it would be good to have a small cooking pot). On weekend, it was a loud music from the restaurant below on the beach, but finished around 11pm. Overall, we enjoyed our stay tremendously."

"Taveuni Island Resort is the best resort my wife and I have ever visited. We have stayed in resorts from the Seychelles to Tulum and this is far and away the best. The food is varied, perfectly prepared, and always more than we could eat. The staff attentiveness is amazing. And the resort properties are wonderful. We loved it. We’re coming back."

"We enjoyed a marvelous visit to Taveuni. Our stay at Vale Sekoula was everything we could have hoped for - great location, top-notch amenities and a superb level of service. The communication and support from the property owners was the best I've ever had in a rental, and the local support team was super helpful and welcoming. Taveuni is beautiful, and we did some remarkable scuba diving and snorkeling. I would love to return!"

"So nice, I stayed here twice. Right on the water. Wave sounds all night. Nice sea breezes. Hosts were attentive and so kind and good. Walk to the airport is maybe 1 1/2 minutes. The views are great morning sunrise, and evening sunset. I will return. Hopefuly 100’s of times. This might be my favorite place on this earth."

"Perfect tropical home with lots of windows and doors for air flow and breezes. The front double doors and the back side doors that completely open the house to the outdoors are wonderful. The view is breathtaking. We couldn't take our eyes off it. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to make meals. The walk to the beach is down some stairs. At low tide there are a couple of beaches to choose from and at higher tide you have your own swimming pool to swim in. It is exactly what we were looking for. Byron the property manager and Loata the maid were excellent. Byron helped us make our wish list of things to do happen. Loata came in every day and made beds and straightened up while we were gone. She cooked some of our meals and we couldn't have been more thrilled to taste real Fijian foods. All in all a great place to have your Taveuni adventure."
