We arrived for our honeymoon and it was simply a dream! The room is breathtaking, decorated to the most beautiful level we have ever seen, privacy, private pool, we took all inclusive and enjoyed every moment, the hotel staff was warm, charming and pleasant and responded to our every request, the hotel has 2 restaurants, in the main hotel restaurant the breakfast was excellent, the second restaurant on the beach the lunch and dinner were excellent and we felt like we were in a Michelin...

This was my first hotel in Zanzibar and I would return in heartbeat to stay longer. The aesthetic was relaxing, the owners were present and enjoyable to visit with. The food was DELICIOUS!! It was quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. The waters are somewhat shallow on the beach in the morning and then rise as the day continues. Be sure and wear water sandals or footwear with a hard sole. There are many prickly urchins around. There are also spots where there are not and it makes for a great area to...

Beautiful view. Very peaceful. Staff and servers were very friendly and provided excellent service. The food was very good, including the breakfast which was complementary. We really enjoyed their Beach Bar and the music. One night, the servers danced with us and we had a really fun time. The only negative, but not the resort’s fault, was the beach vendors (natives), trying to sell you stuff or services. Almost made us want to skip walking in the beach. Overall though, we’d certainly...

Deluxe Apartment Sea Facing- 10/10. Clean. Great size. Quiet. Excellent view. First floor, so avoided noisy neighbours above us. Decent, but small safe. A/C worked well. Bathroom - 10/10. Clean. Lovely shower. Bed - 10/10. Very large. Very comfy. Mozzy nets and turn down service at night. WiFi - 10/10. Very good, considering where we were. Worked fine down by the pool and even worked by the beach! Pool - 10/10. Good size. Nice and clean laid out pool area, with plenty of loungers and shade....

I celebrated my honeymoon on June 8th at Lux and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. In fact, I plan to return next year at the same time. I hope to see Grace, who works at the reception. She truly deserves to be a manager. Lux, I am coming back and would love to stay in the same room, number 65. Thank you for making my honeymoon a magical experience for my wife and me.

Everything was nice: clean hotel with quality equipment in the room, nice beach, the best food if to compear with other 3 hotels in Zanzibar we stayed. Helpful staff.

Beautiful resort, spacious rooms, welcoming staff, great for families, nice beach. I will definitely choose this place again.

My wife and I chose to stay here because of the on-site Scuba Diving shop (Dive Point Zanzibar), and really enjoyed our 5-night stay. The property is located about 90 minutes from the airport, and a one-way private transfer/taxi arranged through the hotel costs $60 USD. We opted for the "half board" option which includes breakfast and dinner each day. Breakfast includes a continental style breakfast, but you can also have eggs/omelettes cooked-to-order, along with African pancakes (like a...

At first I would like to thank a lot to manager Lukas, who was very helpful and let us have a very late checkout for no extra fee (due to low season). Hotel is small but so cute, super friendly stuff, clean and nice furnished rooms. There is no air conditioner only the fan, but honestly it is absolutely fine and sufficient. the beach is amazing in both cases - during high tide or low tide. What about the restaurant - I don't think I had better meals anywhere else on island. Really amazing...

I have been to many countries, and the stay here was my son's favorite vacation! We had a room with ocean veiw, worth every penny! the beauty of the island greeted us every morning. The owners were exceptionally accommodating. They made sure the kids were happyily fed each night and made alternate meals to their liking Every morning we had a wonderful breakfast which is a set menu that included pancakes, crepes, and homemade doughnuts!!! Each evening was a culinary exploration of 4 course...

The Sevi Hotel was the perfect place to go after 9 days on safari. The beautiful gardens, the pools, the big rooms and comfy beds, the hammock on our deck, made it such a relaxing time. We had 2 fabulous spa treatments and the food is amazing and healthy. The beach scene is non stop entertainment with the locals coming and going. But the best part was the attentive staff. Really such beautiful people working there and we felt cared for in every way. Thank you Sevi for the amazing week!

We thought the service at the Kasha was absolutely amazing! The staff was excellent and made sure everything was taken care of from the moment we arrived. The food was good although for a longer trip I could see it being a little repetitive. The property is absolutely beautiful with stunning views. We thought the villa was excellent and a great experience. The only real downside is the location. While it is absolutely beautiful it is definitely a bit isolated and the roads to access the...

Our family of 4 had a wonderful 3 night stay. The rooms were beautiful, beds comfortable, and the air con worked well. Turn down service to spruce up the rooms and set up the mosquito netting is a nice touch. The pavilion has impressive architectural presence which is brilliant planning for covering the pool (so its always a cool temperature), covering 2 the dining areas and the 2 bars. There were always enough lounge chairs covered in comfortable canvas with pillows and a few different options...

Really nice place. Kind, courteous staff. Very clean. Recommended.
